2. Platform Description

HangarIQ is a maintenance capacity intelligence platform that connects airlines with verified maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) providers. The platform facilitates RFP creation, MRO discovery, proposal submission, and response management.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
• Complying with applicable aviation regulations and industry standards
• Using the platform in a professional and lawful manner
• Respecting the confidentiality of information shared through the platform

4. Platform Neutrality

HangarIQ is a neutral platform. We do not favor any MRO or operator. Matching is based on capability and capacity alignment, not commercial relationships. We do not participate in or influence pricing decisions.

5. Data Ownership and Control

Organizations maintain ownership and control of their data. You control what information is shared and with whom. HangarIQ does not claim ownership of your data.

6. Service Availability

HangarIQ strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

HangarIQ facilitates connections between operators and MROs but is not a party to any agreements or transactions. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of maintenance work performed by MROs.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate access to HangarIQ at any time. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked, but data will be retained according to our data retention policies and applicable legal requirements.

9. Changes to Terms

HangarIQ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
